  • "Subscription Plan" refers to the pricing model chosen by the User.
  • "Custom Domain" refers to a domain name provided as part of a subscription plan.
  • "Third-Party Services" refers to any external integrations, APIs, or services used with FundsWeb.

3. Service Scope

FundsWeb provides a variety of website-building tools, templates, hosting services, and integrations. The service scope varies based on the selected subscription plan:

4. Account Registration & Responsibilities

5. Subscription & Payments

  1. 1. Pricing: All prices are exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes.
  2. 2. Payment Terms:
    • • Refunds will be issued at the discretion of FundsWeb if the company determines that the use case justifies such action.
    • • Subscription renewal is automatic unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  3. 3. Taxes & Additional Fees:
    • • Users are responsible for paying applicable GST, state, and country-specific taxes.
    • • Extra services such as additional storage, premium features, and custom domains are chargeable.

6. Custom Domain & Hosting

  1. 1. Additional custom domains can be purchased at an extra cost.
  2. 2. Domains registered through FundsWeb remain linked to active subscriptions.
  3. 3. Upon cancellation, custom domains may require renewal through external providers.

7. Renewal Policy

  1. 1. Annual Renewal Charges:
    The yearly renewal cost will include only the recurring charges associated with the domain, server, hosting, mailers, database, and API calls. These charges are based strictly on prevailing market rates.
  2. 2. No Redevelopment Charges:
    Renewal fees will not include any charges for website development, as long as the User continues with the existing code base and structure.
  3. 3. Market-Based Pricing Updates:
    FundsWeb reserves the right to revise renewal pricing in accordance with updated market standards. Any change in pricing will be accurately reflected and communicated to Users through their dashboard and via official communication channels.
  4. 4. Upgrade & Downgrade Flexibility:
    Users have full freedom to upgrade or downgrade their subscription plan at the time of renewal based on their operational requirements.
  5. 5. Discounted Renewal for Existing Users:
    Renewal costs for existing Users are typically offered at a 20-30% discounted rate compared to the standard plan pricing, subject to market conditions and operational costs.
