1. Introduction

The FundsWeb Partner Program is designed to enable individuals and businesses to promote FundsWeb's no-code website-building platform and onboard customers through referrals, business networks, and contacts. Partners earn commissions for successful customer acquisitions, subject to the terms outlined in this agreement.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To become a FundsWeb Partner, an individual or entity must meet the following conditions:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Can be from a technical, marketing, sales, or non-technical background.
• Should have a valid PAN, Aadhaar (for individuals), and GSTIN (if applicable for businesses) as per Indian regulations.
• Must comply with FundsWeb's partnership policies, ethical guidelines, and legal framework.
• Should not be involved in any fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical business practices.

3. Commission Structure

4. Partner Responsibilities

a) Customer Acquisition

• Identify potential customers, pitch FundsWeb services, and onboard them via referral links or direct registration.
• Explain pricing plans, features, and benefits to potential users.

b) Customer Support

• Guide and assist customers in setting up their websites on FundsWeb.
• Provide initial training on using FundsWeb's features and tools.
• Address customer concerns and escalate major issues to FundsWeb's support team.

c) Compliance & Ethical Conduct

• Follow FundsWeb's marketing and branding guidelines.
• Avoid false claims, misrepresentation, or deceptive sales tactics.
• Do not engage in spam marketing or unsolicited promotions.
• Maintain transparency in communication with customers and FundsWeb.
