• Refund Evaluation: Refunds are issued at the company's discretion based on your feedback and usage. While we strive for fairness, please note that the final refund amount is determined case by case.
• Effective Date: Your cancellation becomes active at the end of your current billing cycle, allowing you to continue enjoying FundsWeb until then.

• User-Initiated Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription to FundsWeb at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting our support team at support@fundsweb.in . Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, allowing you to enjoy our services until then.
• Company-Initiated Terminations: FundsWeb reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if there are valid reasons, such as non-compliance with our terms and conditions, abuse of service, or unauthorized use.

Refund Policy

• General Conditions: At FundsWeb, refunds are not guaranteed and are issued solely at the company's discretion. If a refund is deemed appropriate by FundsWeb, the amount will be determined based on the remaining subscription period, usage of the service, and any other factors the company considers relevant.
• Process: To request a refund, users must contact FundsWeb support within 10 days of the transaction date. The request should include the subscription details, the reason for the refund request, and any supporting documents. FundsWeb will review the request and notify the user of the decision.
